Jalen Hurts has had a successful year.

In February, the quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles led his squad to the Super Bowl. He received one of the largest contract extension offers in NFL history last month.

He has since graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a masters degree.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, Hurts wrote, “I Know Momma Proud Of This One,” alongside images of him in his cap and gown and holding a diploma.

The 24-year-old professional football player graduated from Oklahoma with a master’s degree in human relations after transferring there as a graduate student in 2019. He’d been to the University of Alabama before.

The Eagles tweeted that they had “mastered it.” “Jalen Hurts has successfully completed his Master’s degree. #FlyEaglesFly”

The great quarterback signed a five-year, $255 million contract extension with the team last month, making him the highest-paid player in the NFL at the time in terms of yearly compensation.

Hurts led the Eagles in Super Bowl LVII earlier this year against the Kansas City Chiefs, and that agreement was made just a few months later.

Despite Hurts’ record effort, which included three running touchdowns and one throwing touchdown, the Chiefs ultimately defeated the birds 38-35.
